Regulatory alignment and governance
The whistleblowing channel is part of the ITEC compliance system and operates in accordance with Italian and European whistleblower protection legislation.
The framework takes into account ANAC Guidelines on internal channels approved by Resolution no. 478 of November 26, 2025 and the external ANAC channel guidance updated by Resolution no. 479 of November 26, 2025.
Report handling is entrusted to authorised individuals with guaranteed independence, confidentiality and prohibition of retaliation.
